About Repeato

Repeato is a community marketplace platform that enables society residents to buy and sell products, participate in bulk orders, and discover local partner shops. We provide the platform; transactions are between users and listed sellers unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• List prohibited, illegal, or misleading products or services
• Harass, defraud, or misrepresent other users
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Orders and payments

Order fulfilment, pricing, refunds, and disputes between buyers and sellers are governed by the terms displayed at the time of purchase and applicable local laws. Repeato may facilitate communication but is not responsible for the quality or delivery of third-party goods unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual property

The Repeato name, logo, and app content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Repeatois provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our website.
