brand name “Repeato” , collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and processes

personal information when you use the Repeato Customer App, Vendor App,

Rider App, website, admin systems, support channels, payment services,

delivery services, and related technology platform.

By accessing, registering on, browsing, placing orders, creating a shop,

accepting orders, using delivery features, making payments, contacting

support, or otherwise using Repeato, you agree to the collection and use of

your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Repeato.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

Customers using the Repeato Customer App.

Society Vendors using the Repeato Vendor App.

Local Vendors and Local Partners using the Repeato Vendor App.

Riders and delivery persons using the Repeato Rider App.

We collect information that is necessary to operate Repeato, provide services,

process orders, enable delivery, support payments, onboard vendors, assign

riders, provide customer support, improve platform performance, and comply

with legal obligations.

The type of information collected may depend on whether you are a Customer,

Vendor, Rider, or other user.

Information Collected from Customers

When you use the Repeato Customer App, we may collect:

Full name.

Mobile number.

Email address, if provided.

OTP verification details.

Society name.

Wing, tower, building, flat number, floor, landmark, and delivery

address.

Location details entered by you or selected in the app.

Order history.

Product, service, class, and subscription preferences.

Cart details.

Payment method information.

Wallet balance and transaction history.

Coupon, referral, cashback, and promotional usage.

Delivery instructions.

Customer support messages.

When you use the Repeato Vendor App as a Society Vendor, Local Vendor, shop

owner, service provider, tutor, trainer, professional, or business, we may collect:

Name of owner/contact person.

Mobile number.

Email address.

Shop name.

Shop address.

Society details, if you are a Society Vendor.

Business type and category.

Product, service, class, and subscription listings.

Product images, descriptions, prices, stock, availability, and delivery

details.

Bank account details for payouts, where applicable.

UPI ID or payment details, where applicable.

PAN, GST, FSSAI registration/license, business registration, identity

proof, address proof, or other compliance documents, where

applicable.

Order acceptance, rejection, preparation, fulfillment, and cancellation

records.

COD status and payment confirmation details.

Payout records.

Complaint and dispute records.

Customer communication related to orders.

Device and app usage information.

Any other information voluntarily provided during onboarding or

support.

We use vendor information to onboard shops, verify business details, display

listings, process orders, manage payments and payouts, handle complaints,

monitor quality, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Information Collected from Riders

When you use the Repeato Rider App as a rider, delivery partner, delivery

person, or vendor representative, we may collect:

Full name.

Mobile number.

Email address, if provided.

Identity details, where required.

Address details, where required.

Vehicle details, where required.

Driving license details, where required.

Bank or payout details, where applicable.

Assigned delivery details.

Pickup and delivery status.

Delivery route or location information, where required for delivery.

Delivery proof such as OTP, photo, timestamp, or customer

confirmation.

COD collection status, where applicable.

Cash handover/deposit records, where applicable.

Complaint, incident, or dispute records.

Device and app usage information.

Any other information voluntarily provided during onboarding or

We use rider information to assign deliveries, track delivery status, coordinate

pickups and drop-offs, handle COD workflows, provide support, prevent fraud,

and maintain delivery records.

Device, App, and Technical Information

When you use Repeato, we may automatically collect certain technical

App version.

IP address.

Browser type, where applicable.

Device identifiers, where permitted.

For customers, we may use address and society details provided by you. For

riders, we may process location data during active delivery assignments where

disabling location access may affect certain features such as nearby vendor

discovery, delivery tracking, or rider assignment.

Payment Information

Repeato may support online payments, wallet, UPI, cards, net banking, payment

gateway payments, refunds, payouts, and COD-related records.

For online payments:

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways,

banks, UPI systems, or payment service providers.

Repeato does not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN,

banking passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication

credentials.

We may store transaction ID, payment status, payment method type,

refund status, wallet record, payout status, and reconciliation details.

Payment partners may process payment data according to their own

privacy policies and security standards.

For COD:

Repeato may store order amount, COD status, payment pending/paid

status, and cash collection status for operational tracking.

Where COD is offered by a vendor, the vendor or authorized collector

is responsible for actual cash collection and related settlement.

Repeato is not responsible for vendor-managed COD cash collection

disputes unless Repeato expressly undertakes cash collection

responsibility.

Communications and Support Information

When you contact Repeato or communicate through Repeato-supported

channels, we may collect:

Support messages.

Emails.

Call details.

WhatsApp or SMS communication.

Complaint details.

Order issue details.

Refund requests.

Attachments, photos, screenshots, or videos shared by you.

Vendors must not misuse customer data, sell it, share it, store it unnecessarily,

For delivery, riders may receive limited information such as:

Customer name.

Mobile number.

Delivery address.

Society, wing, tower, flat, or gate details.

Order pickup and drop details.

COD amount, where applicable.

Delivery instructions.

OTP or delivery proof requirement, where applicable.

Riders must use this information only for delivery and must not misuse, store,

share, or contact customers for unrelated purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes

described in this Privacy Policy, including:

Account operation.

Subscription management.

Payment and payout records.

For children’s classes, tuition, coaching, sports, hobby activities, or related

decisions, communication, attendance, pickup/drop, and safety decisions.

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information for independent

account usage without appropriate consent.
